Are non-members allowed?

Yes, non-members are allowed and may attend any of our offerings at full price.

Can non-members attend workshops/courses/special events?

Yes. Workshops/courses/special events that are open to non-members will be advertised as such. Members are also allowed to invite one guest to a members only event. The member’s guest will be required to pay the full fee for the workshop/course or special events. Member discounts can not be extended to guests.

When are open club hours?

It varies, members receive a regularly updated schedule for open club hours.

Are workshops/courses/special events fees refundable?

No. We do not issue refunds. If you have an emergency and are unable to attend a workshop/course/special event you paid for, please email us 24 hours in advance. In special cases we will issue a member credit.

Are memberships refundable?

No. We do not issue refunds. If you are a monthly member you may cancel your member fee automatic ACH withdrawal with 5 days notice. If you are an annual or VIP member and you do not wish to renew your membership the upcoming year, please let us know 10 days in advance of your membership anniversary.

Are children allowed?

Yes, we welcome children during member open club hours and during kid-friendly events . We have books, a large chalkboard and other activities for children to enjoy while their parents are enjoying our offerings. Children under the age of 10, who are dependents of a member, are free and do not count toward the monthly member-guest limit. Children over the age of 10 who are the dependents of a member require a separate membership or can count toward the member monthly guest limit.

During kid-friendly events, children over the age of 3 have to pay to participate. Children under the age of 3 are free. Please read age recommendations before attending a kid-friendly event to ensure it is age-appropriate for your child.

Is outside food allowed?

No. Outside food is not permitted. We have complimentary snacks and refreshments onsite for our members. For non-members we have many delicious teas, beverages and snacks for purchase.

Do you rent out your space?

Yes. Members and non-members may rent our space by the hour or by the day. We rent out our meditation room, library, kitchen, guest room, or the entire space. Please see details here along with rates and our rental agreement.
